Alec Petrocelli M.S., CSCS, USAW, TPI
Alec Petrocelli is a highly experienced Strength and Conditioning, and football coach with a deep passion for player development, strategy, and team leadership. With over 10 years of experience in the coaching profession, Alec has honed his skills at multiple levels, from high school to college football, building a reputation for motivating players and fostering team cohesion.
Alec began his coaching career at Greensboro College in 2016, where he made a strong impact as an assistant coach, focusing on building player fundamentals and developing a competitive team culture. His journey continued at Oklahoma Baptist University from 2017 to 2019, where he contributed to the growth of the football program and helped lead the team to notable achievements.
In 2019, Alec moved to McLoud High School, where he took on the role of Assistant Football coach, and Director of Strength and Conditioning. His leadership helped elevate the team’s performance, instilling a culture of discipline, resilience, and hard work.
From 2020 to 2022, Alec served as the defensive line coach at UNC Pembroke, where he further refined his coaching philosophy while contributing to the team’s competitive success in the collegiate football landscape. During the summer of 2021, he was also tasked with the Associate Athletic Director for Athletic Performance role in an interim position. His ability to tailor strategies to maximize his players' strengths helped set the team on a path to success.
In 2022, Alec joined the University of Georgia’s football program, as a Strength and Conditioning Intern, bringing his expertise to one of the nation’s premier football programs. During his time there, he collaborated with top-tier coaches and worked with elite-level athletes, further expanding his Strength and Conditioning knowledge and honing his skills in a high-pressure, high-performance environment. While at The University of Georgia, he was also a member of the 2022 National Championship Team.
Currently, Alec serves as the Director of Strength and Conditioning at Seven Lakes High School in Katy, Texas, a position he has held since 2023. Under his tenure, various athletic teams have experienced significant growth, both in terms of player development and on-field performance. Alec continues to focus on building a strong weight room culture as well as preparing his athletes for success, both in their sport and in life.

He believes in developing not just skilled athletes, but well-rounded individuals who can succeed on and off the field. Whether in collegiate or high school football, Alec’s coaching career has been defined by a relentless pursuit of excellence and a dedication to developing athletes into their best selves.
